That must be close to goningora ,Kaduna. Use to live there before I relocated to the Almighty FCT . That is the usual occurrence yearly, it was supposed to be a blessing to the water board and then Power Authority, but it seem a curse to the entire neighborhood now.This country Nigeria sef.
