someone I know was duped. he told a lawyer and was advised to report to the police. with phone numbers and bank account details of the scammers he went to a police station, after insults from the police men, one asked "are we spirits" another one said "it will cost you o" and the funny but sad thing is when I heard it I wasn't surprised. |
