No.This is because you are yet to complete at least one clinical year,which is the requirement for taking Step one as a student.

Only after obtaining your 400level (pathology and pharmacology) mbbs part 3,will you be eligible. Check the ecfmg site for more details.

After $65 registration on ECFMG , you'll get an introduction from your school, fill a academic eligibility form signed by your dean and send to the ECFMG.
Then pay for step 1 (not a small sum in Buhari's tenure) ,choose a date and go-to Ghana and sit for it
