my Infinix note 2 is proving a hard phone to root. running on android 6.0, and upgraded from XUI to XOS. I wanted to root it so I can have better control over it I was able to flash recovery via SP flash tool. i tried to boot to recovery so I can flash superSU to root, it did not happen. is anyone able to root infinix note 2 running on android 6.0 XOS? how did you do it? |

i prefer xui to xos i also updated mine. the launcher doesn't feel as solid as xui. |

I was able to change the IMEI even without rooting. its one reason why I wanted to root my infinix note 2. |
