Joy Nnebuogo Nwanokwai aka JYC is a performance poet and a spoken word artist, a graduate of Criminology and security studies, she is the poetry category winner of IMAP (Illegal migration awareness project 2013 organised by PRAWA) Top 10 finalist in Eko poetry slam 2014, winner of Eko poetry slam 2015, she is also one of the most outstanding participant in street project foundation creative boot camp 2016,she has been listed in the poetry court African poets encyclopedia 2015 and 2016,listed among top 20 notch poet in Eko theatre carnival in commemoration of crown troupe@20 2016, she has performed in places and platforms such as freedom spoke words, metro open MIC, beauty of words,freedom park, face of Ajegunle beauty pageant, empowered by words in Mapoly, Poetically mad in university of Abuja, and many more.
