Abstract
This letter examined the extent, reactions and revolutionary or developmental advice to which our dear president should follow or sign-post as an only essential content in his political and economic Agenda. The letter adopted qualitative, quantitative, direct participation and group interaction and interviews, and means of data collection. A questionnaire titled Poor Political Reactions To Poor Economic Base: A Result To Nigeria As A Fail State. And a focus group guide on political reactions to poor economic base of Nigeria was used to obtain qualitative data. Four research questions were raised and answered in the study. The finding of this study revealed that 65% of Nigerians do not have access to good Nutritious food and greater number of them do not even have the money to afford their basic necessities of life which are been sold at ‘cut throat’ prices and the consequential loss of value of Naira and high exchange rate of Naira to Dollar. 20% or 15% of the citizens neither have the money to purchase their basic necessities of live nor do not even have at all. By this, they do not have happy life to live rather they live in sorrows. And in this, greater number of the Youths say they do not have any means of earning a living, i.e there are unemployed (greater percent are universities and college graduate and the rest are secondary schools graduate).
In addition to this field study, it was discovered that a majority, 60% of the respondents had no confidence in the APC led administration and Nigeria entirely and they claimed that Nigeria has climbed the ladder of being a failed state.
On the basis of the findings of this study, it is recommended that there is an urgent need for formal and informal approaches to political and economic reformations, which would lead to agricultural revolutions, and industrial revolutions in Nigeria, which will therefore absorb the high rate of unemployment, famine, starvation, problems of ethnic nationalities, problems of inter-religious conflicting interests and other crimes and corruption in Nigeria. Also, the president – Federal Republic of Nigeria, should put fruition machinery in place to ensure high level result oriented agricultural, industrial and corruption fighting and development in Nigeria.
Keywords: Nigeria society or state, Agricultural revolution, Industrial revolutions, corruption fighting/total clean up.
INTRODUCTION
Nigeria, the Africa’s largest democracy, has become a failed state of significant milestone with your recent takeover of mantle leadership through the Umbrella of the APC. As you begin your presidency, it has been widely reported and political-idealistic testimonies, prophesies and visions has been given by your humble self and APC party leadership that your main challenge will be ensuring “corruption free Nigeria” and that corruption will be tackled and eliminated completely with zero tolerance from the superstructures and substructures of Nigerian state.
I therefore, encourage you – Mr. president – not only to consider corruption fighting, but also pay serious attention to the ‘will of Nigerian masses and also to ensure that economic policies and reforms continue to project Nigerian-state on a rising standard of positive growth, development, and setting a cause for long-term economic and political, as well as social and cultural success. To this end, I offer scholarly political-economic, social-cultural revolutionalise and developmental advice. In the area of Agricultural revolution, Industrial Revolution and corruption fighting/total clean up.
Agricultural revolution: Mr. President, it is important to note that food production in this country have declined drastically to 0.1 percent and it is a good place for you as a president, Federal Republic of Nigeria to declare agricultural and food sufficiency revolution in this country as from the day or month these holistic revolutionalise letter reached your “table.”
Mr. President, in Nigeria today, the poor masses do not even have a common nourishing good to eat. Besides that, Mr. president my question to you is that: How many tons of groundnuts, cocoa, garri, rice, yam, plantain, rubber, palm produces, tea, wheat, sisal etc are produced in these country for local consumption and not even talking of foreign exports and exchange earning?
Mr. president , even common Abakiliki local rice, we the poor masses were having access to afford is now unaffordable and common beans that gives vital nutrient in human health is now unaffordable and garri that poor masses drink as a square meal cannot be afforded, their prices are now at a cut-throat. Mr. President, I therefore urge you to look into this dreadful situation and say something and do something for the improvement and restoration of lasting food sufficiency in Nigeria.
Mr. President, it is your duty to win the battle against Nigeria hunger and if you failed this country would be in trouble and also the parties that masterminded the country to suffer for food insufficiency, would not escape a dreadful wrath of God.
Mr. President, 90 percent of Nigeria population suffers from chronic undernourishment. Mass hunger persists in Nigeria; poor people in Nigeria are unable either to purchase scarce available food or to produce adequate food for themselves.
Mr. President, what are your efforts and plans to dramatize advances in agricultural productivity, where is your effort designed to alleviate food shortage in this country, what is your efforts to make this country become the net exporters of food and to awash in grain and cash crops produces.
Mr. President, I urge you to make sure that there is stabilized food security in our dear country, Nigeria. Nigeria’s food needs have come to be a special concern, but a s the foregoing makes clear, Nigeria’s problems are not solely domestically APC led administration in nature, but also have to do with its place in the took over of Nigerian politics in the first republic of Nigeria in 1966 by the Nigerian Armed Forces led by the Nigerian Army up to the era of Nigerian democratization from 1999 to 2015 led by the PDP administration which they have failed woefully on concern to make sure that Nigeria originated from the word Agriculture. That is why agriculture which would collide with industrialization is the key to Nigerian development. Apart from that, nothing on the surface earth or rather in Nigeria will make way for Nigeria’s total development.
It is only a lazy, foolish and robbers, that would take over the affairs of Nigerian politics and start locating were crude oil is and how pipelines are been destroyed and asking geologists when it would be exhausted. And they would start developing hypertension and heart attack, when the price of crude oil in world market drops and they will come up with policy of “Removal of Oil subsidies”. This is foolishness for such an administration I said.
Mr. President, I said move grounds, declare agricultural revolution in Nigeria, that the Almighty Allah, the Angels, Spirits, Man, Animals, Plants, Birds, Waters, Sun, Moon, Star and uncreated things, and brotherhood of man are all by your side and the mandate is given to you and anybody who raises his or her ugly head or question the declaration of agricultural revolution in Nigeria and attaining food sufficiency, would be lowered down to mother earth.
Therefore, ensuring Nigerian food security has become a goal of the Nigerian political, economic, social and cultural societies and not the APC led administration goal, and the attention it has received, though varied attests to the importance of food as an issue on the Nigerian top political agenda.
Mr. President, food security is the “access by equally created men (by the almighty God or Allah), at all times to enough food for a more and more active, healthy and a happy life.” Its essential elements are availability of food and the ability to acquire it. Conversely, food insecurity as we observe presently in Nigeria is the lack of access to sufficient food by common men. And by this, it has led to chronic and transitory. Chronic food insecurity in Nigeria, that is proclaiming being African center of all things, has experience a continuously inadequate diet resulting from lack of resources to produce or acquire food. Transitory food insecurity as also experience in Nigeria is a permanent decline in a household’s access to enough food. It results from instability in food production and prices or in household incomes due to lukewarm attitude exhibited by our so called leaders which they have used their hand to record their names in the “Book Of Death” and which they have transcend themselves on “judgment seats” and waiting to answer their question by Almighty God or Allah and for proper prosecution and award of “everlasting death sentences to them, who rule or governed Nigeria on iniquity.
And the worst form of transitory food insecurity is that there is a famine in some part of the country if not the entire country.
About 70% of Nigerian presently suffered from malnutrition, because they do not have sufficient income to buy scarce food, sold at cut throat prices.

Industrial Revolution
Mr. President, it is a pertinent and a high time Nigeria needs industrial revolution which is our major concern now and a major source of development. Mr. President, I urge you to declare total industrial revolution in Nigeria, give out licenses to like 80 individual private investor, give out licenses to some country’s national companies who wish to invest in Nigeria and then build 90 different industries and factories across the 6 geopolitical zones of Nigeria. And also to this end, each state government should establish at least 30 to 40 industries and factories producing a different variety of products. And also our Ajakota steel company should be reform and make to work effectively. And also to ensure steady and uninterrupted power supply as to drive our industrial outlets for highest productivity and effectiveness.
Mr. President, I therefore promise you that, if this is done, that enough and abundant locally make goods and services will flourish within Nigeria and international markets. By this Mr. President, our currency and exchange value which have depreciated would be highly valued and its exchange rate would be valuable compared to pounds. Also, unemployment rate that have occupied space like air, would be reduced to zero percent and citizens would stand to enjoy a higher standard of living and the social class structure will be reformed for the better.
Mr. President, give almost all your attention to agriculture, foreign trade, technology, energy supplies, transportation and security. Also Mr. President you have to put your fingers across to have a good government, you should make sure that security is 100 percent guaranteed. Also Mr. President, your government should let the domestic economy operate fairly, freely and with few controls, encouraging personal initiatives, technological change and a free market.
Mr. President, for us to carry out great tasks, we must have highly effective central bank and well developed credit institutions, and strategize mechanisms, that there should be no tariffs within the country to hinder trade within the period of revolution. Also greater number of youths should be push into our industries and factories for high amount of production of goods and services. Also our canals, creek, rivers, sea should be well-drained and seaports open to function effectively. Our railways should be renovated to withstand the capacity of pushing raw materials, goods and man-power from material site to production site.
Mr. President, if this is done, our economy will develop, our political system will develop, social and cultural system will develop and therefore all the superstructures will develop and we will climb to be the number one strongest economy in the world and we will attained general development and finds ourselves having a brand new Nigeria known to the whole world as the “world super power.”

Corruption fighting/Total Cleanup
Over the years, since the military took over mantle of leadership from the first republic civilian administration, corruption evolves and rooted deep with tap-roots inside Nigerian state superstructures. Up till this time, corruption have now boast of to have its separate ministry which drive the engine of Nigerian political, economic, social and cultural system, which therefore have ravaged the country into a worse situation, that Almighty God seat on His earthly abode and sees the effect of this on the poor masses and now send an helper, emancipator like Mr. President Muhammadu Buhari to come and take over the rod, sword and axe to fight this menace called corruption out from our country. And to this, one day Mr. President, announce and prophesy to Nigeria, Africa and indeed the entire world: that verily, verily he has come for a rescue mission for Nigeria; which is to fight corruption. By this APC leadership in national, state and local government levels, wake up from their slumber and sleep and preach change, and corruption, as a utmost thing on top of their political agenda for Nigeria. When we hear this holistic political preaching, almost 90 percent of Nigerians were extremely excited to have somebody like Mr. President that would help scale Nigeria out from the bottomless pit of corruption, and to this we give out our freedom, power, Authority and might to him, and we rejoicingly ushered him into Aso Rock – an abode of great and almighty political bourgeoisie. And we therefore use our power, freedom and might to equally send out Mr. President’s predecessor away from the throne of leadership, that we purportedly claimed that his led – PDP government was filled with hardship and suffering.
Notwithstanding, that even the party that was preaching change, corruption fighting and placing Nigeria at a very high level of economic and political standard have now turn to be a change from good to bad, evil, hardship, suffering, tyranny, lack of good life by the poor masses, economic failure, political failure, socio-cultural failure and resulting to total failure and declining of Nigerian state for just one year of politically forfeited mantle of leadership. Therefore, the APC led administration is in total confusion, and poor sense of direction; they do not know where to begin so as to rescue and salvage the country from this preventable situation.
I therefore urge you to wake up from slumber and work to enact sweeping reforms to enforce transparency and corporate governance to ensure fully that Nigerian’s perceptions of corruption changes and corruption is stamped out of Nigeria. Corruption is, of course, damaging to governments and the democratic process, settings and its progress. But it’s also significantly corrosive to almost all the Nigerian superstructures.
I therefore urge you not to fight one sided corruption, were only opposition PDP political comprado bourgeoisies are mainly prop by the corruption fighting team led by Mr. President. Therefore, for Justification on corruption fighting to prevail absolutely, it therefore means that Mr. President must, should and have to start from his cabinet members, senators, representative members, APC stakeholders and down to the least APC political office holders to fight the corruption, by this its should carry out –round or general corruption fighting irrespective of the person’s political, economic, social, and cultural status or background.
Mr. President, it is pertinent for you to channel all the recovered looted funds into agriculture and industrial revolution in Nigeria, use this funds to revive the Nigerian economy, use it to build more and more reliable power plants, build more and more schools and economic/technological research centers, use this money to improve the life of the civil servants, use it to pay students monthly allowance, use it to give primary and secondary school pupils square meals, use it to provide good health services for Nigerian citizens irrespective of tribes, tongues, language, nation, colour, religion, social, cultural, economic and political class or status.
In conclusion, it is therefore worthy of note, that as a political scientist, I am the “center of all the solutions to Nigeria economic, political, social and cultural problems that ravages the state. That I must not, as a true and just political scientists allow events to pass me by without my practical interests in the manner of my developmental fighting.
As a true political scientist, I must see something, say something and do something for the improvement of the contemporary Nigerian political, economic, social and cultural society. I am ideally and realistically a man of actions, Ideas, and ideally a good political analysis and good synthesizer.
Furthermore, I evolve from the opium of the poor masses that I must speak and fight for the good life and happiness of the poor masses. That I would take up an axe, rod and sword to fight for Nigerian total development. For without that the fighting axe and swords would not come to rest, I said.

Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
