@henroske Honestly to be frank, its going to be quite difficult to get a plot of land for N1.8Million before Sangotedo especially one with a good Legal title. Except you are ready to deal with Omonile's and that i cannot Wish such a Transaction for my Enemy! Please dont skimp on Money and end up buying a defective Land. If you have N1.8Million, You can still save up and contact an Agent who will get you something within the Prevailing Ajah Market Price and with a good legal title! Remember Penny Wise always results in Pound Foolish! Do the Math! Cheers!  |
