What use is the Immunity Clause?

The immunity clause has become a problem to our country . The effect of this plague is more than mouths can tell. Our Leaders have trivialized the word "immunity" as what they apparently understand it as "immuLOOTING"
We ask , of what use is vaccination to an acclaimed vaccinator; whose obligation is to Vaccinate?

The expectation is that leaders should serve as Role models to their followers in being upright, law abiding, judicious, meticulous and accountable. If that holds true of our leaders, why the need for IMMUNITY?

While i understand the immunity need for some offices "IN CERTAIN REGARD"; yet we think its ills far outweighs the good considering the way our Leaders manage their political offices.

Despicable acts ,ranging from Embezzlement, looting, money laundering e.t.c. which are all abuse of office, are floated on this right.
Who dare challenge their authority? After all they have been immunized!
All they need do is recite the immunity clause.

Will we sit back and watch as our country is milked dry?
Turn a blind eye as our coffers are emptied over one unwarranted right included in our constitution?
Continue to grin underneath hearing unaccounted millions disappearing within some years of our democratic administration?
Being a witness to injustice metted out to ordinary citizens while some "ABOVE THE LAWS" are celebrated over similar, and most time graver offences, do we muzzle our voices?

It's time to end this...
Equal rights for all or no right at all?
Let's save our nation from "unjustified Immunity"

#tomorrow's leaders today.
