These are some deplorable photos of Refinery Road, Effurun anytime it rains. We call on the Delta State Government to work on the drainage situation on that road and other roads within the city of Effurun and Warri.

Sometimes I weep for my dear country...is there any justified reason why a proper drainage can't be done so water can find its way when it rains?languishing in poverty in the midst of plenty...Delta of all states? Don't they have commissioner for works?don't they have reps both in national and state house of assembly? don't most of the govt officials ply that routesmh

our politician are the most callous people in the world, they will not have money for development but let it be one of there useless and nonsense entity there will readily have fund to carry it out. it is time we hold them accountable. Imagine Delta of all places what are they spending their 13% derivation for, delta should rank with Lagos in terms of development.
