But also to save as much as possible, truthfully not at the mutual cost of hunger and deprivation of life basic necessities . You wakeup in the morning, feeling refreshed happy to hit the ground running while adorning your 'Corper' regalia. Next thing you hear is there is recession, although feeling slightly bothered but rest assured your paltry 19 thousand naira income will be self sustaining. Suddenly reality dawn on you De-rica of rice (Big or small) is now 300 naira, Gas is now 2000 for 5kg even kerosine is a no go area, without blinking of a teary eyes your transport fare and data per month is almost half of your salary excluding feeding. You began to tighten your belt by reducing your feeding ration from 1-1-1 formula to 1-0-1. Yet you're told to cut cost you decide to start trekking instead of taking cab or bike, you stop fancying any girl (Some says your ways are not straight, bend ni shior). Finally, still with deep faith in the possibility of your nation, you heard no jobs afterwards,then one rude little boy on your street tells you 'Education' isn't necessary in his words Street ni o jawo 'The street pays more'. Should you
scold/school him or walk away, you could have waited but hunger took the better part of you..
