That's the trend followed by a lot of African police in general. 90% are thugs, useless, rejects in uniform etc

I believe the killings have nothing to do with Nationality. Drug handlers are killed on a daily basis, everywhere and its mostly the police that carryout the killings.

What makes matters worse for Naija is that as much as the country was already binoculared due to drugs and trafficking, the President went further and confirmed the nation to be fantastically corrupt, which then raised more alarm. I'm Nigerian is know equivalent to saying I'm corrupt, which is mostly not the case but that's how the world sees it. How many visas have been declined since that speech?

This particular guy is said to have been killed for no reason and I don't believe it.
