It's sad. Really sad. Still feels like '96 - '98 when we had no other choice but listen to his tunes based on Channel O been our only source of international music entertainment. I slowly learned to like them. It's a wonder he was so young, always thought he was in his 40s. The good thing though, he died of cancer and not HIV as most westerners stereotype Africa for.
