Marco Kwiotek was criminally bad between the posts last week.

The goalie for SV Vonderort was arrested during team practice five days after he gave up a league-record 43 goals in the German club’s 43-0 loss to rival PSV Oberhausen.

Armed police approached Kwiotek, 25, at the team’s training facility about 30 miles north of Dusseldorf in Bottrop. As he was accompanied off the pitch, the keeper hollered to his teammates that the cops “just want to clear some things up,” according to The Sun.

After allowing a goal every two minutes in the blowout, Kwiotek perhaps should have clarified what went wrong to his teammates, as well.
