Can someone pls tell me how i can learn java on my own?
Cause I can't get it pls all i need is a just the basic and maybe
i can get on with it.
pls give a lander bro some tips.

and if u can afford to buy JAVA Book "HOW TO PROGRAM" DELTEL DELTEL 7th Edition to top it !
Its good to get your funtamentals from The material i gave u, its not compulsary( prefarable ) dont read the book finish before u pick up DELTEL to put u thru the fundamentals again, Google is also there to ask anything you dont understand , ok ?

Best Way is to read up, practise and practise. Then you can contribute on some open source project.

Another good thing to do is to join a good Java Forum where you post your questions and get answers.

Even better, become friends with other Programmers, you will learn one or two things from them

segzy is correct, you need to do practice at every level.

personally and as a Professional Java Programmer, i will recommend JAVA SE 6 from murach.
