The Abia State Capital, Umuahia is now wearing a new look as the Abia State Environmental protection Agency, ASEPA as the Asepa interventionist team led by Chief Utah Ukariwo has cleared heaps of refuse in the state capital and embarked in the scooping of gutter in all the strategic roads in the capital city as directed by Governor Okezie lkpeazu. Within the seven days ultimatum the Abia State Governor gave the team is going on in the state capital to ensure that it wears a new look. Kudos Chief Utah Ukariwo

New look without q picture. Pls this dirty man should repair the roads in agbama estate. The residents there pay 30k for small houses and 50k for upstairs yearly yet no single road. New look indeed |
