Nigeria highest court of the land, Supreme Court will today bring to an end the Kogi governorship tussles which had been going on for quite a long between, the incumbent, former and an aspirant. This has created anxiety within and outside the state, coupled with the fact that the issue in contention is happening in Nigeria for the first time in our history thereby creating a lapses or lacuna in the Constitution.
In view of this, it is evident that none of the parties involved including the respected legal luminaries hired to defend this case can't predict the outcome.
