If you will based your distributors on those companies that are registered,you are putting your sales on limitations and that means you will not enter some market bcoz of most owner there do not have the knowledge.e.g Agbeni's market,Gbagi and Co. are not having distributors with CAC and even Companies like Cadbury, Nestle, Chi, Dangote, etc are making sales to their distributors there.
