please i need advice, my younger brother just got admited and he is about to go for but when he saw the clearance form it ask some question..like school attended from what year to what year...d problem is dat he did not make his waec last year so he sat as external candidate in dis year's NECO exam in anoda school...please what should he do about him cos d neco certificate he will obtain will carry d name of d school he sat for neco and not d school he attended....no insult please
