I saw this around sapele Road this morning, heavy security personnels patrolling the City as passerby look with keen interest, Army, Police, FRSC, Civil Defence etc with over 30 patrol Hilus Vans and APC. I approached one of them to know why they were on ground in such a manner and he said we are doing a physical walk await the governor-ship election comes up Sept 28th, 2016.
