The reverence has got out of hand oh. People carrying pictures of their mummies and daddies are you now worshipping them? Na small thing remain 2 neigbours Pastor christ faithful and T.B Joshua faithful for kill themselves because of their daddies. But , shouldn't this carrying and haningng of daddies and mommies pictures be discontinued? The man way dem use act Jesus film don come out and beg people to stop worshipping him. Why are the daddies and mommies not doing same? |

its a severe mark of chronic hypocrisy in Pentecostal christianity that they chastise the catholics for having pictures and statues of "Christ, mary, saints" etc in their homes and churches and accuse them of idolatory while they [pentecostals] also have pictures of their pastors[G.O] in their homes, cars, Churches and advert banners. SHALOM! Poliporpor: There is no way that having photos or other images of clergymen can be equated with Idolatry. I speak as a Born Again, Full Gospel Pentecostal Christian who despises Organized Christianity. What is "IDOLATRY" is when one's Clergyman's Teaching supersede those of Yahshua- which has always happened with every clergyman there has ever been since The Church began. . 1st JOHN 5:21. 21. You mean that Orthodox Denominations, Evangelicals, Seventh Day Adventists, and Jehovah's Witlesses (sic), have nothing to say to you idolatrous scum, and only the PENTECOSTALS do our DUTY, and tell you that you are committing Sin? that they chastise the catholics for having pictures and statues of "Christ, mary, saints" etc in their homes and churches and accuse them of idolatory while they [pentecostals] also have pictures of their pastors[G.O] in their homes, cars, Churches and advert banners. This is in NO WAY COMPARABLE to ROMAN CATHOLIC IDOLATRY, and you KNOW this. NO PROTESTANT WORSHIPS, NOR PRAYS TO THE IMAGE OF THEIR PASTOR, AND CALLS UPON THEM FOR FAVOURS. NO PROTESTANT burns Candles nor Incense to images of their Clergymen. NO PROTESTANT crawls for miles on their hands and knees to kiss the feet of the statue of some CLERGYMAN, and Roman Catholics do to their so-called "saints," in subjugated countries. How dare you compare what you have been doing with what we have been doing- because we haven't done anything wrong!
