How do you blend into the current economic needs of the ever-changing employment requirements.

This is what a regular job vacancy looks like:

1.Bsc or HND from any recognized institution in (discipline requested) with a minimum of second class upper or its equivalent.
2. Professional certification will be an added advantage.
3. Masters degree in a related discipline.
4. Must have completed NYSC or given an exemption letter
4. Good IT knowledge ad use of the (depending on the type of job)
5. Minimum of 5 - 8 years working experience of which three should be in Supervisory capacity
6. Age: Not more than 30years.

The question which now comes to your mind as an "applicant" or "almost graduate" is how will i get this job during my own time?
Because if these are the requirements as at 2016 i wonder what they will be like in 2018.
