@niceuzor i think igwe's code is based on server side scripting like php and the rest.so does your host offer php etc support

My advise for u is to go to a ragistration form online veiw the source and go through it
to serch for the code

do you know, or can you find out if your hosts support php? I could write a short php code for your if they do, both for contact and registration.
