The young man stole a 58 inches plasma television from a viewing center and was caught in the act while some of his gang members took to their heel. His hand was chopped off, and he was beaten thoroughly by some angry youths who said the crime rate in the locality was too much… they’ve being stealing flatroon television from the owner of the place.
