The term "short let" does not exist in Nigeria. Rents are only paid Biennially or Daily in the case of Hotels and Guest Houses. |

@ abhosts - That is incorrect. There are several short let houses available in Lagos, rented usually with a 2 week minimum. These are neither hotels nor guest houses, but purpose built houses or flats that come fully furnished and with 24/7 security, light, water and cable. I currently live in one in Victoria Island, and am looking for a similar one for a friend moving down from the US. I have viewed several over the last few days, but they do not meet our requirements. Thanks for your input. |
