INTEGRITY BUILDING MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS LIMITED a fast growing supplier of building materials in the Lekki Ajah region is opening a new branch and currently in need of Sales and Marketing Executives resident in the LEKKI-AJAH-IBEJU LEKKI axis to promote the company's wide range of building materials and products.

Idea candidate (male or female) MUST BE RESIDENT IN THE LEKKI-AJAH-IBEJU LEKKI AREA, Hardworking and Career Driven and Passionate about selling and making customers happy.

Minimum Qualification Acceptable is OND in any discipline. Previous knowledge or experience working in the building materials / construction industry would be an advantage. Special Preference would be given to candidates with proven and extensive Field Sales and Marketing Experience.

Successful candidates would undergo a 2 months probationary period during which they would be practically trained in the company's products and internal processes.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Execute on company's territorial field marketing plan in order to acquire new prospects.
b. Drive company's follow up process for new prospects
c. Support assigned sales supervisor in converting prospects into new customers.
d. Aspire and work hard to grow and develop in competence and capability in order to qualify to be promoted into a sales leadership position


SALARY PACKAGE ARE AS FOLLOWS (This offer is not negotiable. Please do not apply if you do not find it satisfactory)

a. Probational period = 2 months
b. Monthly Salary during probational period = N30,000.00
c. Monthly Salary after successful completion of probational period = N50,000.00
d. Housing Allowance = 10% of Annual Salary (available only after FIRST FULL YEAR OF SERVICE with the company)
e. Leave Allowance = 5% of Annual Salary (available only after first 6 months of employment with the company)
f. Salary Review = Every Six Months and available only to EXCEPTIONALLY PERFORMING EMPLOYEES.
g. Work Leave = 10 working days in one calendar year (available only after first 6 months of employment with the company)
h. Daily Field Marketing Mobilization Expense = N500.00 (available on a daily basis for the execution of company's marketing plan)
