Uncommon People In Uncommon Time

We are the uncommon people living during uncommon time of our political and economic history. How we are able to weather this storm, will actually show our class as a race and individual.

When you closely study earthworms, they never make a U-turn except they hit their heads against obstacles (walls). I see things getting better, I see us fighting a good fight, I see Nigerians having a change of mind- intellectual revolution is brewing.

One day, sooner than predicted and through uncommon integration, we will fight for comfort of our children's children. Not through stealing, and without guns, we will achieve uncommon victory, we will fight for our right to leave a better life and restore the dignity that used to be our pride.

We will fight to save our nation, this, we will do, independent of American and other Western revolution scripts and drama, which as denigrated our people in North Africa. This is uncommon victory that will be achieved by uncommon people living in uncommon time.

Truly, Nigerian independence day is years ahead, not tomorrow and not 01-10-1960.
