Say for instance you're contesting as chairman in your local government in the state you are, giving a speech to that community people, would you need to read script before you talk about our community challenges like road, power, schools and others?

Once you get into power you will become a celebrity and forget about the script, you will be welcome and honored every where you go once you're in power, you might not be able to recognize the problem again because everyone around you and your environment will be glowing and smiling at your sight, they don't read paper unless someone or something happened that will tarnish their image or insulting to them.
