1. Do a Research - What problem is being identified; What solutions have been available; What special solution do you want to create here; Come up with your VALUE PROPOSITIONS; What amount of money do you need to start that you have; What is the type of budget do you want to set? What skills are required to excel here? What is the population of people close to you that wants these services; What’s the best way to reach out to them; What’s the most popular way to reach out to them; How can you use that way to achieve set targets; What are the likely pitfalls if you get involved in this business; Where do you get the products/services you want to sell if you are not directly producing or manufacturing; What’s the cost to you and the consumers; How profitable is it; How long can a profit margin after a sales take you etc

2. Start Creating Immediately – With your knowledge of the entire research done, there is a need to start creating all that is required. If you are to do a business with #20,000 or less, you must create a close to perfect platform to be able to meet up with the big time players.
Steps:
- Start with your business vision; plan; name;
- Create the process flow – Write it down. From Management; Branding; Finance (Payments/Refunds); Marketing; Sales; Delivery; Documentation; Follow ups; Relationship Management (Open a register)
- Create Marketing Platforms – Blog, Social Media, SMS, Direct Mails, Cold Calls; etc
- Recruiting workforce or commission agents or partners

3. Package It – Begin to fix things together. The pitch; The Slogan; The Presentation; The Questions & Answers envisaged; Training manpower; Your Brand Promise is key here.

4. Release It – Start doing everything you are supposed to do with marketing, selling, collection of customers data or details; send the emails, letters, SMS. Start blogging on your blog, Social media platforms, - The word here is sell; sell; sell.

The Usual Challenges here has to do with
- FOCUS.
- Doing everything by yourself
- Highly expectant when nothing has been done. Then get discouraged easily
