Happy independence Nigerians! As an average Nigerian, we may say what are we celebrating sef? Yes we may not see tangible development as a nation but for the fact our country Nigeria is not at war is worth celebrating. Our leaders have not done much but God has the interest of this nation at heart smiley May God bless Nigeria @ 56 .

A TRIBUTE TO NIGERIA.
Great country of Africa!
Better than America! *Today is your birthday.
*I will bake you a cake! *You have never been lucky with leaders. *They come as feeders! To suck you dry!
Despite citizens cry! But you remained firm n strong.
In spite of all wrongs. Nigeria I hail thee!
* A land flowing with milk and honey But now can't boast of her money.
She suffers from recession. As a result of gross malfunction. You have been raped a trillion times.
But you kept your cool as a clime.
The labour of our heroes past, Has gone with the past!
A once giant of Africa, Now looks like a rickety car!
I will never give up on you, Despite world boo You remain the land of my birth.
Wishing you all the best! May your leaders be less greedy And attend to the needy. May your children imbibe integrity, May they have security. Happy birthday! My birthplace! Grant your children favour in this life's race!

What is great in Nigeria ? What is there to celebrate?

We are called 5%, which feeds the other 97%, yet they hate us.

They are only interested in our oil

searchiing4love:
undecided WE ALL OWN THE OIL AS LONG AS WE REMAIN ONE NIGERIA. WE PEOPLE OF THE SOUTHWEST HAVE ONCE FED THE WHOLE COUNTRY WITH OUR COCOA PLANTATIONS AND WE NEVER FORMED ARMED MILITANTS. I URGE THE GOVERNMENT TO BOMBARD THE CREEKS AND ELIMINATE THOSE MISCREANTS CALLED MILITANTS AND CANCEL THE USELESS AMNESTY. MOST OF THE STATES CANT PAY SALARIES AND A NONENTITY CALLED TOMPOLO EMBEZZLED 13BILLION NAIRA IN LAND SCAM? NEVER AGAIN SHALL WE HAVE A CLUELESS PRESIDIOT LIKE GEJ undecided

They hate our cousins the igbos so badly.

mrkayusfit:
Biafra must never come. I'm afraid that Biafra will be developed in few years if declared. They are technologically sound and we need their expertise to build Nigeria. We must all stand against biafra. We are Nigerians first before been our tribes. Lord luggard saw a potential in us before merging us together. The only way to kill biafra agitations is to keep Nnamdi kanu locked up. As for Soyinka, he is a disgrace to we yorubas. No sane yoruba man will be pro biafra. One nigeria till death do us apart sad

Yet they say one Nigeria, but ignore us in the Niger Delta and South East!
Look at how buhari has marginalized us

Thunder will fire the person that say's happy independence to me!
What is there to be happy about?
