Jklue007:You have posted this sometime ago, but you wont understand that the old book that says you can employ developer by promising them % of the company has been read by all developers. Importantly no[b] "Competent Developer "[/b] will want to work on free project anymore unless he/she will steal your idea, and considering the fact that we have paid project till next month make us unavailable. You may still get a hello world developer to practice his and run some of the skills he learn from his text book on your project. |
