I wonder why hooligans, hoodlums, goons… Toogi, etc., snatch ballot boxes during elections.

Why do they do this? What do they have to gain by snatching ballot boxes?

Are they going to sell them, or vote their own way through those ballot papers?

Who send them?

Are they going to short-change the oppositions? Are they just going to destabilize electoral purposes?

Why don’t the Government issue life jail or public execution judgments against these idiots?

Why can’t electorate fight them?

The funniest aspect is that policemen are always deploy to polling booths during election and they don't prevent such occurrences.
