THERE are indications that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, may quiz three judges that were sacked by the National Judicial Council, NJC, found to have abused their offices by accepting gratifications from litigants before their courts.

A highly placed source at the commission during the weekend told Nigerian Pilot that the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Mahmud Mohammed has already forwarded a copy of recommendation letter to the chairman of the EFCC Mr. Ibrahim Magu that the sacked judicial officers must be prosecuted.
