All avenues to get a national driver license earlier than the normal period of 26 working days has been closed. In some cases of unforseen network issues, portal upgrade by FRSC etc, it may well take much longer than that.

Best bet is to start applying now.

Just like the last offer, u don't have to pay all now.

3years validity is 25k.

5yrs validity is 30k.

All you are required is to pay a commitment fee of 5k for either of them, send in your details n wait till driving school certificate is ready, u pay d bal for processing d driver license . biometric capturing takes place two days after balance is paid. Capturing can also be fixed on your Convenient day.

I'm afraid he has to wait for d permanent if he already got d temporary. Same time applies everywhere. But he can check after 3/4 months, permanent usually comes out within this time at my center!
