It's like the era of boasting oil wealth is gone forever for good. The time has come to concentrate efforts on something else and face the reality. |

Kokaine: That gives you an insight into the depth of hatred they Harbour for people that have not utter even a single word in respect of the matter. And mind you Saudi Arabia only adopted this in terms of payment of salaries and ofcourse other business related matters not as most people think. For some Christians to be hailing gregorian calender whose origin is pagan shows how myopic their thinking is 1 Like 1 Share |

blantyre:and there you see one mr femi who goes by the pseudonym fm4real2k6 asking me if I'm a northern morron because i suggested the banning of comments that inspire hate and inter-ethnic strife and disorders. He thinks the Internet and nairaland is such a solid wall that he can shelter behind when it starts. Warefare is no child's play. Only the very fooolish and very naive people think it is. |

Oh! Ooh! Does that mean this recession affects Saudi too? Well if the wicked recession affects Saudi, do the have any similitude of "GEJ" to blame? Down here, we have convininiently and consistently landed our recession blame on a "GEJ". There for if countries with oil money who enjoyed the surplus sales from oil over the years at not immuned to the current recession, then I will call on Nigerians to be fair to GEJ and apologise to him. It seems fair also to note that no matter the amount made during the period of surplus, that could not have waved away recession. NOTE TO ALL NAIRA LANDERS: Do not bash me, I am still entitled to my opinion! |

Jarus: And what evidence do you have to say that person you quoted is actually a christian. You guys (muslims and christians alike) keep falling for this trick over and over again, do you know why? It is simply because your mind as already been set to a you against me mode. There are people out there that will continue to take advantage of people like you because of that set mode. They have you under their finger tip, they know when to push that button and they know exactly how you will react. Free your mind and you will free yourself from their wiles, then and only then will you find true peace with yourself and with all men. |

Rilwayne001: Saudi think she can succeed changing the Year of the Lord which is globally represented by BBC and AD. The country's authority can only try it but God's purpose and plan can't be changed. |

Rilwayne001: If I show you, you go understand am? Lol. Rili, do not make excuses for them, keep your mind free and objective. Saudi is the top Islamic nation on earth, the country that is the top voice in Islam has adopted a wholly 'christian' calender due to 'economic austerity'. Who is in charge of all the wealth in the world, is it not Almighty Allah? Rili, Almighty Allah owns all the wealth, He gives the earth and all its riches to whoever He pleases. If Almighty Allah caused the austerity, is the right thing to do, not to beg him for mercy by doing good deeds and drawing nearer to Him? But no, instead of that, we adopt an 'ungodly' and 'worldly' calender which in itself is more sin in the Eyes of Almighty Allah, and which will cause more punishment. There is more than meet the eye in this, it only takes objectivity to see it 1 Like |

Daniel 2:43-44 43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. 44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever Rilwayne001 |

Maka1:sycophant, the reason the Saudis or Muslims started their own calendar was not to have anything to do with Christianity or a show of not depending on dates accepted by so called "infidels". So what has happened the infidels have cornered them to accept the Gregorian calendar. For ur information, the calendar in majorly used by Christians. Islam has theirs, until now and also China has theirs. Maybe the Chinese would have to change their too for economic reasons. |

nnokwa042:you keep evading the request. may I task you to a challenge? if you can't get a physical copy of the Qur'an, you should be able to download one. PLEASE study it for just 7 days, its quite revealing. * you will find out that its not as "bad" as you were told. * you will find out that there are numerous peaceful verses. *then, you will ask yourself how come non-muslims are doing everything to misinform people about it. you don't have to convert, just get additional knowledge. I welcome any challenge from you. |
