This is not Gerald roof tiles... Its Long span aluminum step tiles at 2100 per square metre...Though the price is not stable now a days....it changes on a daily basis....The black colour is always neat and looks like gerald roof tiles in picture and from distance if installed neatly...

What is the thickness of the step tiles? Is 0.40mm a good one on a bungalow?

Project completed and handed over successfully.
Below are final finishing pictures.
Exteriors comes first followed by interior of the 3-bedroom flat and the flats wraps it up.

Your work is excellent and l must say you have a very good eye for Colour selection.

Is there no way you could conceal that Gas Cylinder from view?
More so, what if there are kids visiting/living in that compound?
That Cylinder should not be so easily accessible, l think, but it is a brilliant idea that you brought it out of the Kitchen.
Most houses get burnt from a leak or excessive heat of that Cylinder when placed in the Kitchen, usually under the Kitchen Sink

Think about it, I know you can come up with something/solution

Thanks my brother.... And thank for your observation regarding the gas cylinder... I have plan to caged it so that it will be out of children's reach.

As regards the toilet door. Its Aluminium fabricated my my Aluminium guy. Its around 25k each.
