Position Overview
Do you have a background in computing and a passion for managing customer? Do you have the “power of persuasion" and enjoy working leads and closing deals? Are you interested in joining a winning team, selling high end, luxury cars while making an exceptional living?

Job Requirement and Qualification
ND Graduate or BSC Graduate (Awaiting NYSC or currently serving) or anyone seeking Internship (Must currently be in a postsecondary institution)
Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
Customer Service oriented
Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict
Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented with exceptional sense of accountability

Roles & Responsibilities:
Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
Responsible for turning qualified leads into deals
Serve customers by providing product and service information
Escalate product and service problems to Business Development Manager
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track sales, customer and prospect.
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Help in Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Develop strategies to grow assigned accounts, address questions on product offerings and specifications, conduct on site product trainings at customer locations, lead key account meetings and, and conduct customer visits.
Continuously identify new ways to develop, implement, and support on-site merchandising and marketing strategies.
KPI
Meeting Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Sales Target
Targeted/prospect lead conversions to Clients/Customers
Customer and Subscriber Retain ship
