Two days ago,I tried funding my merrybet account with 8000,I was debited yes,but the money was not funded.I called merrybet and they told me the problem was from interswitch,telling me to mail interswitch which I did.But it has been two days now,no reply and no refund.The most annoying is that they never pick up their calls, I have also called my bank and they gave the same reply as merrybet.I am just tired of the stress,has anyone had or is having similar issue? |
