Oils from oil extraction workshops need send to OIL REFINING MACHINE, to remove the harmful things, The oil insoluble material can removed by filtration device, and the soluble impurities,such as FFA (free fatty acid), gums, wax are removed by different processes including degumming (removing of phosphatides), alkali refining (washing with alkaline solution to remove free fatty acids, colorants, insoluble matter and gums) and bleaching(with activated earth or activated carbon to remove color and other impurities, through Oil Refining Machine Operation, the oils are more suitable for human bodys and easy to storage.

There process types of Oil Refining Machine Operation
1). Intermittent Refining Process
It’s suitable for small scale oil refining plant. It’s major process including degumming, deacidification, bleaching, deodorization.
2). Semicontinuous Refining Process
It’s major process including degumming, deacidification, bleaching, deodorization.
3). Continuous Refining Process
It’s suitable for large scale oil refining plant. The major process including degumming and alkali refining, deacidification, water washing, drying, bleaching, filtration, deodorization.

Features of Oil Refining Machine Operation

Oil Refining Machine Operation main sections
(1).P-acid degumming operation:
Drawing the filtered or settled crude oilinto the neutral pot, control oil temperature 40 ° C, liquidlevel cover theneutral pot volume about 80 %.Add into theneutral pot Pacid with 85% concentration, 0.1-0.2% oil weight.Start up neutral pot, make main shalf stirring at 60-70 r/min, finish de-gumming in 30 min.
Adjust the neutral pot oil temp to about 85 °C, add into hot water whose temp higher oil temp 10-15° C, the water use amount each time is 10-15% oil weight.

(2)alkali de-acid operation of Oil Refining Machine Operation
After finish degumming process, at once add into lye carrying alkali refining deacid, lye concentration 16 ° Be ′, super alkali is 0.1to0.3% oil weight, after finish adding, continuous stirring 30min, when soap particles accumulated condensing, should reduce stirring speed, 30r/min avoid emulsion. After adding alkali, gradually rising temp to the end temp 65 ° C, see to that the rising temp speed should control at 1 degree per minute, not too fast. Shut off neutral pot drive part, theoil settled in the pot 6-8 hours, make oilseparate from soap.

(3).de-coloring of il Refining Machine Operation:
Pump the oil netralized into decolorizer vessel, samely mixing to rise its temperature to 90 degrees,then mixing for 30 mins,to reduce water to 0.1% ,then put a little clay (decoloring media) 24 % of total oil ,mixing for 30 mins ,to reduce the temperature to 70 degrees, then filte the clay with oil filter,to get the oil decolorized .

(4).De-odor operation:
Open the vacuum valve, make the pot inside vacuum degree gradually reach above 750mmHg. Inhale the decolor oil after filter into the deodor pot, see to that oil amount should coverthe pot volume 60% Control oil temp at 240 ° C to 260 ° C, use thedirectsteam under 0.1 to0.3Mpa to distillate 3-4 hours.

(5).De-Waxing operation
Lower temperature for rid off the wax for better quality oil,which adopt two steps. The basic oil refining machine operation process: heating oil to 70 degrees for melting the wax into liquid ,then cool it slowly to 25 degrees and keep it for 24to48 hrs; the cooling speed is 1 degrees/h better,then filter it with crystal plate filter to get the clear oil and most of wax ,then clear oil go into the second Crystal vessel ,the operating method is the same as first .the wax of oil would be controlled to under 0.03%.
