I need an advance programmer to help me create a forum if possible from the scratch.
Features of the forum
1) it will have several sections/thread , just like normal forums have.
2) it will have a mode that can easily pulled a thread to front view.
3) will be different from nairaland
4) it will be mobile responsive
5)pictures and videos can be easily be uploaded into it
6)other features and innovative idea will be accepted.
I was looking at worriorforum and I love the interface.
But I don't want a prototype of another person's work but a unique/standout forum.

Didn't read all your post, but you asked a brilliant question.
if I were in your shoes, I would do the following
1. Get a pen and paper and draft the objectives of my software
2. what are the inputs and data types required.
3, design your database, normalization to avoid anomalies such as update,delete and create.
4, Start coding with Php or java etc...
5. Run quarries on my database to get desired outputs
6, check for security flaws on my software and ensure it's properly validated and doesn't crash.
7. Design the GUI of my software to make it user friendly and attractive yo potential users.

8. Market my software and notify the public to use my software.

2.delete posts, like ,dislikes etc, you simply have to design a database that accommodates all the features you seek
