Your budget is a bit low bro, used phones are now expensive because of this unstable exchange rate. I advise you keep the money and huzzle for more.

OK. Like how much cos I want a phone with at least 2gb RAM and least ROM of 16gb with 1.3ghz processor?

I'd advise you not to buy these used phones. But if u should, then be VERY careful...
Before paying make sure u check the following
*Earphone jack
*original Battery if its a removable one
*charging port
*Earpiece and mouthpiece
*Test its internet coz some phones may be stuck on 2g network.
*wifi and hotspot routers.

Remember u wont get a manufacturer warranty and im sure u wont get original accessories but make sure u check the phone thoroughly.
