If Tribunal orders that the ballot papers be recounted in court, like they did in 2007 in the case between Osunbor vs Oshiomole, then it is legally, technically and politically over for Obaseki, Oshiomole and APC because votes counted will be different from the fake results that INEC announced .

This is Osunbor vs Oshiomole happening all over again.

you are presuming that obaseki rigged the election. thats too bad. why not wait for the outcome of the counting before jumping into history class. mind you, recounting could also be counterproductive for them if they also did the same.

Oshiomole and his lawyers are now trying to seek an Injunction this week restraining the tribunal from granting PDP request asking for the votes to be recounted and compared to the fake and contradictory results and figures that INEC announced in Favour of the APC

PDP and Pastor Ize Iyamu are not asking the tribunal to cancel the election but simply asking the tribunal to order for the recount of ballot papers in Court and compare it with the fake and contradicting results that INEC announced just like the tribunal did in 2007 in the case between Oshiomole vs Osunbor
