Good morning to you all. I was applying for a job with the World Health Organization (WHO) and it was required to check whether your higher educational qualifications obtained from your institution was accredited/recognized in the World Higher Education Database (WHED). Be sure your application won't be processed if not on the WHED list. The shocking part of it is that I discovered many PhD programmes at University of Ilorin were not on the WHED list, meaning they were neither accredited nor recognized internationally by the UNESCO and WHED Here is the link below to check whether your course and institution is internationally accredited http://www.whed.net/results_institutions.php |
