Mr. Eliud Muriithi, The deputy governor of Tharaka Nithi in Kenya was reportedly ambushed by one of his personal bodyguards who went on to rob him. Deputy Governor robbed at gunpoint Confirming the incident, He said the bodyguard who is also an Administrative Police (AP), threatened him with a pistol in his house in Kinoru, Kenya and took away the sum of Sh3.5 Million (about N11.8 million) from him.
