I know it's part of their community development services, so I want to know if there's any agency one can report irregularities to... Cos it seems like there's a massive scam going on with the Total/NNPC Joint Venture scholarship programme, especially involving 2013/2014 awardees.

Odds are, they might have contacted the winners disregarding the rest, if that's the case, then you probably did not win. In rare cases, they are probably yet to get in touch with anyone, which they should do soon.

Apply For Undergraduate Scholarship At Iowa State University, USA


The Iowa State University, USA is offering the International Merit Scholarship for Fresh and transfer Undergraduate students all around the world.

The International Merit Scholarship is awarded to students who have outstanding talent and have demonstrated leadership and strong academic achievement.
