VACANCY FOR MARKET MASTER

Organization
The firm is a leading food and beverage manufacturer currently involved in the production of table water a leading instant noodles brand. The company is urgently looking for qualified individuals to fill the position of a Market Master (Champion), with the following details:

Core Responsibilities
1. Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and new customers through a relationship-based approach.
2. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and new customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products.
3. Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
4. Research sources for developing new markets and for information to determine their potential.
5. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
6. Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
7. Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and new customers’ value to the organization.
8. Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products.
9. Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
10. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
11. Participates in trade shows and conventions.

Required Qualification
1. Minimum of 2yrs experience in foods, preferably noodles or pasta market
2. Minimum of OND holder
3. School certificate holder with higher experience (above 2 years )and proven records can be considered
4. Analytical ability and account management
5. Must be proficient in riding a Tricycle (Cargo Delivery Van)
6. Very familiar with Ibadan, Oyo and Ogbomoso markets
