Nigerians are relieved there is evidence the girls are still alive. There is nothing really to be jubilant about when only 21 out of 200+ have made it back. To even continue to hear rumour there are prisoners swap give us no reason to be that happy. Does it mean the terrorists have now been put in a position of power where they can do more kidnapping and armtwist government into horrible negotiation? What calibre of terrorists were swapped? Their bomb-making experts who tomorrow help them make bombs to unleash terror on innocent people? Irrespective of what lai said, knowing his penchant for lying, no one can take his words serious. Let keep praying the rest of the girls will be released and the country will be totally free from this dreaded boko haram siege.

Chibok girls is the greatest scam of the 21st century....

This calls for more investigation. Psychologists and Health Practitioners must be engaged to interact with the girls. Does it mean that the guys were using condoms or that the girls were on pills or not fertile? Certainly it won't be that they were not touched. Or could it be that the insurgents collected the children born out the relationship to carry on with "the struggle"? Government has the duty to know and thus be in best position to help these unfortunately fortunate women/girls.

VP Osinbajo this evening led some other government officials to visit the 21 Chibok girls who were released today at the DSS Medical Centre, in Abuja, where the girls are currently receiving medical attention. Speaking during the meeting, Osinbajo said only one girl out of the 21 had a baby.

He said although the girls were in good health, the government would ensure they continue to receive medical attention. He said their parents will re-unite with the girls tomorrow Friday Oct. 14th.
