The All Progressive Grand alliance has reportedly resolved the recent internal crisis in the party which led to the suspension of its national chairman, Chief Victor Ike Oye. This was contained in a statement signed by the party National Publicity Secretary, Hon Ifeatu Obi-Okoye Today. The Statement Below:

APGA RESOLVES CRISIS

Following the peaceful resolution of the internal leadership crisis amongst members of the national working committee (NWC) of The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) ,we would wish to assure all members and supporters of our great Party,
A) That the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) remains one united and indivisible Party under the leadership of Ozoma Dr. Victor Oye ,as national chairman.

B) That members of the national working committee (NWC) have resolved to embrace peace and shall therefore continue to pursue and promote the fundamental objectives and directive principles of APGA, by being our Brother and Sister's keeper .

C) That members of the NWC of APGA, have resolved to continue to respect and promote Party supremacy by ensuring that personal and factional interests do not derail the developmental strides and gains of of our great Party , and collective commitment of sustaining APGA, as a veritable vehicle for the development and transformation of Nigeria.

Once more, we wish to assure the public and teeming supporters that occasional disputes and disagreements arising from internal dissent, remain indeed, the hallmark of the robust internal democratic culture of our great Party, which encourages popular participation and transparency in decision making at all levels of the Party leadership.
To this end, members of the national working committee (NWC) remain fully committed to ensuring APGA continues to exist as one indivisible family and effective vehicle for the promotion of the true tenets of internal democracy as a political party, under the leadership of Dr .Victor Oye ,as national chairman.

Finally ,we would wish to use this opportunity to express our profound gratitude to the leader of the Party and chairman Board of Trustees, His Excellency, Governor Willie Obiano for his timely and prompt intervention in resolving the internal leadership crisis within the national working committee (NWC) of our great Party.
Similarly, we are immensely grateful to members of the Board of Trustees who were in attendance , in particular . Her Excellency, Amb. Bianca Onoh , former national chairman of APGA , Chief Victor Umeh OFR , former national secretary of APGA , Ahaji sani Shinkafi ,and Dr. Alex Oti , for ensuring a peaceful resolution of the dispute amongst members of the national working committee (NWC) .
