So you've already concluded that he's guilty? Is that what you were taught in school that an accused in Nigeria is guilty without a court deciding it? Na wa for you o.

Still on this matter

PassingShot:

As a head up, don't you think if there was no search warrant in place, the Judiciary will have seized on that flaw to attack the DSS/Executive? Wouldn't that have become the only valid ground by all and sundry to condemn DSS/Executive?

Since Tuesday, the NJC has been meeting on what steps to take but have not been able to arrive at a conclusion. If there was no search warrant or if any law had been trampled upon, surely the body would have capitalized on it

More facts are coming to the fore. You can see that you assumed too early.

I however note that there are more reasons for his illegal detention than the IPOB issue.

Useless people defending useless Daura Secret Secret Service. I can never believe any news from Nigeria security agencies, whether police, nscdc, custom, army, airforce or naval.

He's trying to curry favour from some parts of the north , reason he cited dasuki and SE by mentioning kanu

Arguing with a tribalistic, shortsighted, and totally selfish individual who doesn't know the meaning of an incorrigible judge doesn't make any sense.

DSS should ensure they set up their courts to try the arrested judges because if it is the same judiciary they desecrated they want to approach for justice, they will get justice....and fines that will take years of DSS budget to pay! grin

You can't practice democracy by arresting judges who rule against your interest.
There is no where it said they found money in his house, your making things to justify your paymaster's action. Not surprised by your position though!

Billions was found in his account. He use his wife and children's names to open account. Go and read the story in punch

If its not out of the banking system and with backing documentations on its acquisition. then it's legitimate.

kcnwaigbo:

My dear I am already earning far more than my salary now because o learnt to save and invest my savings,so you mean to tell me that I am now commuting a crime? What portion of the Nigerian constitution says one can't invest and earn additional income to complement his salary? How exactly do you people reason?

So someone keeping his own money in his own House constitutes money laundering? How dumb can one really get!!!

It should be apparent why a dumb person would vote for a deaf, dumb and dull politician as president.
Qualified to be a zombie, without doubt.

the evidence is there with the DSS and it shall be presented against them in court. Keeping the money is not the crime, but keeping what's more than your salary is.

Are you not a stark uilliterate? How can keeping money that is more than ones salary be a crime? Zombies and their illiteracy are like 5 and 6. grin

It was the order you gave for their release that brought that huge amount of money into your house?

These thieves always find something to blame when they're caught. Thank God you didn't blame it on the devil this time around just like every other African criminal caught.

So you believed DSS saw that type of money in his house that also has N17 naira in the denomination? N17 Are we thinking at all?

well , you've just explained how you earn more than your salary and the judge in question hasn't. Until he explains, he's seen as a corrupt judge. Don't tell me you don't know what our anti-money laundering act says.

Have you never heard of the term "innocent until proven guilty?"

Oh! Sorry! I forgot. You are a zombie! cheesy

smh. the level of ignorance in this forum have never ceased to amaze me. how is finding money in someone's house proof of money laundering? do people not remember that in nigeria, the accused is presumed innocent until proven othewise. yet some "wise" peope are already taking sides with little to no evidence on an undecided case. and we wonder why this country wont move forward.

this is why our security agencies should go on such raids with video & audio equipment.

right now, if the DSS premises their persecution on the basis of what transpired that night, they have already lost the case because it reeks of planted evidence (if there was any abinitio) already.

however, the raid on the judges by the DSS & the so called release of the 21 chibok girls by the same DSS are actions taken to bolster the battered image of the PMB regime & divert attention from the failing economy.

Most people talking in this tread don't know that there is a law banning cash transaction of N500k for individual and N3M of corporate bodies.

The maximum cheque to be issued is also N10M, anything above must be done through a bank draft or transfers.

The question now is what is Justice Ademola doing with $300k and N90M at home?

Just like I replied the Zombie in one thread like that.

DesChyko:
And who's taking these ones seriously again?

Let them clean up the current mess they're embroiled in jare. Keep accusing and raiding and still end up paying compensation and so from Nigerian purse simply because you didn't do your job well undecided

These agencies and their 'sketches' need to be taught investigation all over again.
