I just learnt that the use of Naira Credit/Debit cards have been banned from international transactions.
I have been trying to make a payment for a service since yesterday with my Paypal which is linked to my UNA Naira MasterCard debit card all to no avail.The error message said my card was declined and urged me to add another card.
I later learnt that the Nigerian banking authorities had earlier sent out notices to this effect, urging users to get a foreign currencies denominated cards.
The said card is still active as I have just used it today for local transactions.
Let me know your experiences and reactions.

True. Very worthless, at the moment.
Spending on POS has been dropped to $100/no also.

How can one easily get a foreign currency denominated card that can be linked to this Nigerian domiciled Paypal please?
