 Trinity Gay was shot in the neck at Cook Out restaurant in Lexington early on Sunday morning. She was rushed to hospital, but died of her injuries, according to officials. Tyson told LEX 18: “She didn’t make it. I’m so confused. She was just here last week for fall break. It’s so crazy. I have no idea what happened.” Gunfire was heard at around 4am at the restaurant and cops responded according to WKYT. There was shooting between two vehicles described as a dark colored sports car and a grey Dodge Charger. Trinity was said to be in neither vehicle and may have been a bystander.
